About
Unlike any other machine in the market, Revlite™ uses a patented technology called Photo-Acoustic Technology Pulse (PTP) energy for gentle skin rejuvenation by deep collagen stimulation.
Revlite Laser refreshes the skin without downtime, as the laser does not affect the outermost layer of skin and instead passes through the upper layers of skin to stimulate collagen deep below to diminish wrinkles and acne scares, smoothing the skin.
How Does It Work
The Revlite™ Laser is a multi wavelength system Q switched ND Yag laser technology from Cynosure using the 1064nm and 532nm wavelengths for powerful, non ablative skin resurfacing treatments.
The 1064nm and 532nm wavelengths of Revlite™ effectively target both superficial and deep pigmented lesions in the skin, making it an ideal Laser for treating almost all types of skin pigmentations.
This is a gentle skin rejuvenation treatment that uses non-invasive light energy to gently stimulate the skin’s natural collagen, which in turn will reduce pore size and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. It also works on the skin pigments as well, but breaking down deep hormonal pigment and resulting in a more even skin tone.
The Treatment utilises the Specialised PhotoAcoustic Technology which allows for quick full face treatment with no down time and minimal discomfort.

Pre & Post Treatment Care
There is no downtime associated with the Revlite Rejuvenation treatment, and most individuals can resume their normal activities right after the procedure. After the treatment, the area will feel similar to a slight sunburn. Typically, within a day or so, any discomfort disappears.
You may experience some slight, temporary redness right after the procedure, which usually disappears within a few hours to a day after treatment. After the redness clears, the skin is returned to its natural smooth colouring and texture. You can expect to see initial results right after treatment, with continued improvements during the weeks following treatment, as new collagen continues to form in the treatment area.

Should I use topical anaesthetic while providing this treatment?
Topical anaesthetic may be administered to increase patient comfort, although this is not routinely needed
How long is the downtime and how will I look after?
There is often no downtime with most of the Revlite S1 procedures, although some patients may experience some erythema and crusting of certain lesions which resolve in 5-7 days on the face and up to 14 days on the body.
The important thing is not to pick on any crusts as that could lead to scaring.
Can I have this treatment pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not advise treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Who is Suitable for Revlite Laser Treatment?
Patients with concerns in tattoos, pore size, skin pigments, skin texture and laxity will benefit from this procedure. Revlite is the gold standard for pigmented lesions which includes melasma and freckles. It is also being used for axillary pigmentation or any similar indication and laser facial to replace the monthly facials to remove blackheads, whiteheads and the like.
Revlite laser treatment can be used to rejuvenate the skin on the face, chest neck, hands and body. Patients of all skin types including tanned and darker skin tones, can be treated with Revlite.
What should I expect during the treatment?
During your Revlite Rejuvenation procedure, a special hand piece is passed over the treatment area, dispensing the focused laser energy deep within the targeted tissues in a brief treatment that takes only about 15to 30 minutes to perform. Facial lines and wrinkles, and discoloration and age damage on the face and other areas of the body, are ideally suited for treatment with the Revlite Rejuvenation procedure. The Revlite system offers gentle treatment of cosmetic issues, achieving results and encouraging the development of the skin’s natural collagen, which softens wrinkles and lines while firming and toning the skin in the treatment area.
Is the revlite laser treatment process painful?
The Revlite laser emits light in very short flashes of light called pulses. The impact of the energy from the powerful pulse of light is similar to the snap of a thin rubber band.
