Before Your Treatment

• Avoid excessive sun exposure for at least 7 days before treatment.
• Discontinue retinol, vitamin A products, and exfoliating acids for 3–5 days prior unless otherwise advised.
• Avoid waxing, chemical peels, and other intensive skin treatments immediately before your appointment.
• Ensure any active skin irritation or infection has resolved before treatment.

After Your Treatment

• Apply SPF 50+ daily and avoid excessive sun exposure.
• Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot showers, and strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
• Avoid exfoliating products, retinol, and active skincare ingredients for 48 hours unless advised by your clinician.
• Keep the skin hydrated and follow your recommended home care routine.

Most clients can return to their normal activities immediately following treatment.
